About me
I started working in the world of tourism by chance and this profession immediately became my passion: what could be better than to show the world you live in, with the enthusiasm and pride it deserves, to do the honors and make the visitor's stay special and unforgettable?
I am a tour guide, a tour leader and also an environmental hiking guide in German and English and I live halfway between the sea and the mountain and by mountain I mean THE ultimate one: Mount Etna. It is the highest active volcano in Europe that dominates the sea and also faces the Pearl of the Ionian Sea, nowadays also known as the town of "The White Lotus Hotel", the beautiful Taormina. This union is then magically combined with the artistic wonders that surround us and that offer ever-new insights for experiential and niche tours, always appreciated worldwide. I studied history, art, archeology and geology and I usually guide along the eastern coastline of Sicily, from Messina until Catania.
In addition to the "classic itineraries" I can organise different activities like paddleboarding tours along the coastline of Taormina, mountain bike tours, cooking class and street food tours, wine tasting, trekking excursions, off road excursions in jeep and, last but not least, ascending tours up to 3000 meters on Mount Etna, on board of big 4x4 vehicles.
My audience is diverse: from groups to individuals, from students to trekking and mountain biking enthusiasts. At the end of each tour I return home happy, because it feels as if I have been out with friends who each time appreciate the enthusiasm, joy and helpfulness that we Sicilians know how to offer to those who visit us.
